The primary goal of Highway To Zion is a return to purely scriptural music and worship. Educational songs that reflect exactly what the Word of God says without deviation. Songs that communicate what God intended to communicate to us, songs that really touch the heart of man and that show us Gods heart. Every single word is critical and that is how the word is treated by Highway To Zion. 

Only the word of the LORD can touch the heart of man and nourish his soul when he is hungry and thirsty for the LORD.  Nothing else, no matter how incredible the music may be, or the words. And the body is in desperate need of the word.

Known professionally as Highway To Zion, Samuel David Huisman is an electronic symphonic rock recording artists and song writer from Melbourne Australia. Producing exclusively biblical music that focusses purely on scripture. The music produced is designed as a mnemonic tool to better recall scripture, word for word, by putting it to music that is both distinct and consistent, as intended by the word. Using music to commit entire chapters to memory so that we can be better armed with the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God. The vocals used are primarily synthetic or augmented through sound design. We praise God that believers can raise their voices in praise to the LORD while he ministers to them through his Holy and unchanging Word.

Highway to Zion is on all major music streaming platforms, radio, radio platforms and YouTube. We are currently working on expanding to Rumble in addition to the major platforms.

The fundamental goal of Highway To Zion is a return to purely scriptural music and worship. Songs that reflect exactly what the Word of God says without deviation. To this end the intention is to complete and release every Psalm of the Bible, with some other biblical songs such as Habakkuk 3 and selected chapters being made also.

Not simply a few verses here and there of each Psalm, but every single Psalm in their entirety. Some Psalms will be completed as Parts due to the size of certain Psalms, such as Psalm 119, Psalm 78 and Psalm 18. All are planned to be completed. 

In Scripture we are told God exalts his Name and his Word above all (Psalm 138:2) 

Each song can take several months from initial translation to finished, mixed, mastered and released track. Additionally it is intended that all Psalms be completed at some point over the next few years, with some other limited bible chapters to also be performed, with no plans to deviate outside of that mission.
